DAA-X is a multi-complex of D-aspartic acid, N,N- Dimethylglycine, zinc and pantothenic acid. D-Aspartic acid is a physiological amino acid that occurs mainly in the pituitary gland and testes and has a role in regulating the release and synthesis of LH and testosterone in humans. Dimethylglycine (DMG) is a derivative of the amino acid glycine found in the cells of all plants and animals and can be obtained in the diet in small amounts from grains and meat. Dimethylglycine was popular among Russian athletes and cosmonauts. Zinc has been added that contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, to normal fertility and reproduction and to normal protein synthesis. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
