• Creatine monohydrate (Creapure®). Creapure® is the registered trademark of the German company AlzChem Trostberg GmbH. Creapure® is a widely studied form of creatine. Creapure® production is IFS FOOD certified, a quality standard recognized by the "Global Food Safety Initiative". ** Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. ** Daily creatine consumption can enhance the effect of resistance training on muscle strength in adults over the age of 55, who are engaged in regular resistance training. the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine in conjunction with resistance training, which allows an increase in the workload over time and which should be performed at least three times per week for several weeks, at an intensity of at least 65 %-75 % of one repetition maximum load (*).

INGREDIENTS: Creatine monohydrate (Creapure®), beta-alanine, flavors, L-citrullline, acid (citric acid), L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, acetyl L-carnitine, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium silicate), caffeine anhydrous, L-taurine, rhodiola rosea L. root extract (3% rosavins, 1% salidrosides), acid (tartaric acid [L(+)–]), sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose), L-theanine, nicotinamide (niacin), piper nigrum L. extract (fruit) 95% piperine (Bioperine®), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), colour (beetroot red), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
WARNINGS: Contains caffeine (200 mg per daily dose). Not recommended for children or pregnant women. Store in a cool, dry place, heat and sunlight may damage the bottle. Keep out of the reach of children. Don´t exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. May contain traces of milk, soy, gluten, celery, egg, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, fish, molluscs and crustaceans.
Take a daily dose (10g) in 250ml of cold water. Take it 40 minutes before exercise with the empty stomach. People sensitive to stimulants can take half a dose to check their tolerance to the product.
