ROCK ELITE of HERO TECH NUTRITION

Is an ALL-IN-ONE COMPLEX with a carbohydrates (CH) and proteins (P) formula with a ratio of 55CH/45P reinforced with amino acids, HMB, creatine, plant extracts, digestive enzymes, vitamins and minerals.

ROCK ELITE is intended for adults performing high intensity exercise and who, due to their specific physical constitution, are looking for a product with a high protein content and that at the same time is supported with a significant amount of carbohydrates "SUGAR-FREE". •Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass.

This product is a high protein drink with up to 58 grams of protein concentrate+casein high biological value (BV) per serving and with a matrix of 3-types of including Cluster Dextrin™ which is a highly branched cyclic dextrin of waxy corn starch. Cluster Dextrin™ is a state-of-the-art carbohydrate with high solubility and easy digestion. It is also highly usable without the negative digestive effects of other carbohydrates.

In addition ROCK ELITE is complemented with a complete formula of vitamins and minerals such as •vitamin D, calcium and magnesium that contributes to normal muscle function, with •zinc to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, with  •pantothenic acid, folic acid, iron, niacin (vitamin B3), B2, B6, B12 and vitamin C that contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

ROCK ELITE can also be used as a recovery drink taking half a dose (75g) after high intensity physical exercise.

•Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. The beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. This food is intended for adults who have performed highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.

Mix a portion (150 g = 4 scoops) in 500 ml of water or skimmed milk. Use a blender or hand held shaker for about 30 seconds. Take it daily preferably after physical exercise.
